"Elymo" Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the name of the ancient people who lived in this area and who introduced the cultivation of olive trees here more than 2000 years ago.

An oil produced with great attention to quality, from harvesting to packaging, with respect for the raw material that is harvested at the right time of maturation, in order to maintain the nutritional and antioxidant properties of the extra virgin olive oil and respecting biodiversity and environment, in fact the olive grove of Piano di Corte is not an intensive cultivation, and is characterized by the presence, among the olive trees, of almond trees, carob trees, figs, pomegranates, citrus fruits, oaks, strawberry trees and conifers.
